About Our Client
Our client is a a multinational FMCG company located in West Jakarta. They looking for a dynamic accounting manager to support their growing B2B business.
Job Description
- Manage month-end closing, including posting monthly batches and ownership of closing checklist.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deadlines in correct format
- High degree of interaction at all levels of the organization is expected on a regular basis
- Prepares general ledger journal entries, maintain records and files and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Reconcile bank accounts and assist with implementation of procedures
- Maintain fixed asset ledgers reconciling monthly for depreciation, additions, and deletions
- Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current process and recommending changes
- Provides accounting support for annual audit and tax return preparation
- Assist updating product costing on an as needed basis
- Provide coaching and team building to Accounting Department; assist with problem solving and training
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, CPA not required, but preferred
- Thorough knowledge of multi-company, related entity accounting
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, positive mindset, team player
- Excel (intermediate to advanced skill set)
- 5-7 years of experience in a multinational environment, Big 4 experience is a must
- Knowledge of and possess the ability to IFRS and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
