Responsibilities :

  • Supports the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department.
  • Assist HR Manager in recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, HR Administration, company culture  and HR policy (SOP).
  • Organize team-building activities and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist HR Manager on conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedure.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
  • Strong understanding and have experience in HRIS
  • Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Preferably having Experience in service industry
  • Computer Literate (Ms. Office and Google Suite).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good in English speaking and writing
