Responsibilities :
- Supports the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department.
- Assist HR Manager in recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, HR Administration, company culture and HR policy (SOP).
- Organize team-building activities and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist HR Manager on conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedure.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
- Strong understanding and have experience in HRIS
- Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Preferably having Experience in service industry
- Computer Literate (Ms. Office and Google Suite).
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good in English speaking and writing
