Job Description:
- Assist the CEO in planning, coordinating and implementing the company’s organizational and HR development strategies
- Develop policies, procedures and practices related to employee management such as recruitment, training, development, performance appraisal and more effective and efficient management of salaries and benefits
- Supervise and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relating to employees, including employment equality, occupational safety and health and employment regulations.
- Ensure the company’s general policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements and assist in the development of new policies and procedures in line with the company’s vision and mission.
